By starting a 30 Day Challenge you will make immediate and significant advances in improving your practice and your health. Our bodies start to recognize the changes with a consistent practice and mental determination. A daily practice helps to regenerate healthy cells, organs, and systems along with promoting the healthy lifestyle that we've always dreamed.

This challenge is for students who are serious about making changes and never looking back at the tired, depressed, stressed being that they once were.

The Prize:

Although, a better you will be the main reward, we want to help you celebrate with a few extras! Here is what you get if you complete the challenge:

  • You get cute stickers to put up next to your name on the board at the studio

The Rules:

  • The goal of  The 30 Day Challenge is to complete 30 classes in 30 days. You have 30 days from the day you sign up to complete the challenge.
  • You may take a double two times to make up for missed days.
  • Your free month must be used within 30 days to stay valid.
  • Pace yourself, breath, and be mindful. Your body is different each and everyday so be open to exploration. You have the rest of your life to work on these postures!
